Upwork is a global freelancing platform that connects businesses with independent professionals and agencies for short-term and long-term project collaborations. The goal was to re-imagine the experience and make the user flow simple, engaging, and as quick as possible.

Our goal is to prevent drop-off. The original design was inconsistent and did not provide a seamless, enjoyable experience. We approached this task by increasing spacing throughout elements for improved cohesion and consistency, re-structuring hierarchy to give users a smoother flow through the page, and re-styling card layouts for improved consistency and visual-styling.
